Cafe de la Plage

Located on Windward just steps from the boardwalk, this little French restaurant boasts a mean Sunday brunch and exudes the personality of it's owner/proprietor who is there all the time (though I don't know his name).... he really is French too.... It's a fun place and not too pricey for French food.
