Elly Nesis Apartment Rentals
Looking to move to Venice? Check out Elly Nesis's apartment listings at www.ellynesis.com . They have ALOT of properties, including some cheap beach front properties. At the very least you'll get a good idea of the market and you won't have to pay the westsiderentals.com fees. They require a bigger deposit than most landlords and they are a bit of a stickler for rules, but their apartments tend to be on the cheap side of Venice rentals, IMHO.
