The Cow's End is a nice alternative to the Starbucks down the street on the little strip at the end of Washington Blvd before you hit the Venice pier and the Ocean. Great Chai...wonderful Service..for some reason, I lived in Venice for over a year before going upstairs where they have seperated rooms where people can study in relative silence.
